Rafael Rosado

Rafael Rosado was born in Puerto Rico and is based in Columbus, Ohio. He is a seasoned writer, director and storyboard artist in the animation industry, working for major studios such as Warner Brothers, The Walt Disney Company, Sony, Universal and Cartoon Network. He has storyboarded on shows as diverse as The Batman, Scooby Doo, The Venture Brothers and Curious George, among others. He is the co-creator and illustrator of the graphic novels Giants Beware!, Dragons Beware!, and Monsters Beware! His work is featured in the third installment of the Comics Squad anthology, and the Tales from la Vida anthology. He’s also the illustrator of the Ultra Squad series of graphic novels. His latest graphic novel, Call Me Iggy, is published by First Second books.
